West Emerald Valley / Bethel Little League

Player Registration form, medical release form, refund/parent agreement form are all required to register your child to play.

Sheldon, South Eugene, and Harrisburg High School districts

North Eugene, Churchill, Willamette, and Junction City High School districts

To determine which league that you will be playing in depends solely on your residency address. This will be verified during the registration process.

Volunteer form is required if you volunteer in any way for Little League.

Please bring the required forms with you to registration along with proof of residency and childs proof of age(a State issued and Certified Birth Certificate)
